We have a strict NO REFUND policy unless an error was made on my end or if the Product didn’t meet your expectations.
If you are inquiring about a Refund/ Exchange You are required to Email us and tell us why you would like a Refund/ Exchange and then send us a photo of the item, The item MUST be in its original packaging and NOT damaged. If, I receive the picture of your order and it is not in its original packaging and it looks damaged/ tampered with you WILL NOT receive a refund. If the inspection looks okay after receiving the picture(s) you should receive an email regarding your refund.
After 2 Days, after your order has been received and there has not been a complaint it will no longer be our responsibility.
Returning the items are your responsibility and you will have to cover the shipping fee as we are still a small business.
